Busy Beaver Daycare Center provides an enriched learning environment. We strive to provide your children opportunities to enhance their cognitive, social, and emotional growth through developmentally appropriate, hands-on activities in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
Founded in 2000, the daycare is located in Lewisburg and reflects the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the area. We currently have 54 students and a staff of 15. We're eager to learn, create, and grow together.
All of our classrooms do currently have a waitlist, however we encourage you to still get added to the list as things can open up very fast!

Closings 2024
Busy Beaver will be closed the following days:

Thursday July 4th- Independence Day
Monday September 2nd- Labor Day
Thursday Nov. 28th and Friday Nov. 29th- Thanksgiving
Tuesday Dec. 24, Wednesday Dec. 25th, and Thursday Dec. 26th- Christmas
Tuesday December 31st- New Year's
Wednesday January 1st, 2025- New Year's Day
**Please stay tuned for any weather cancellations or delays. Should we have a school delay or closing it will appear on the Facebook page, be sent to you through our Brightwheel app and also by email.
Snow Cancellations and Delays
In the event of a delay or closure, Busy Beaver will notify parents prior (5:30am) via Facebook page and Brightwheel app. If there is a 2 hour delay, Busy Beaver will open at 845am, and will not accept children into the classrooms prior. Busy Beaver follows the Lewisburg Area School District Closings ONLY, personal discretion, and safety of staff and children. If in any event there is a snow emergency and the center needs to close early we will notify each parent by phone and Brightwheel app as soon as we make the decision to close.

Visitors are always welcome to our daycare. If there’s anything you’d like to know about our programs and curriculum, please get in touch. Busy Beaver offers tours of the facility on Thursdays. Please fill out the pre-enrollment form located at the top of the website before you request a tour below.
